Every Wednesday Monday is La day.
Lunch Attack is an Internet talk show aired on Naver Now. Danny Ahn and Ho-young Son, members of god, host the show. As of June 23, 2021, La Poem is a regular guest team, appearing every Wednesday Monday, thus referred to as La day. Lunch Attack can be watched on Naver Now at 12:30 pm on La day and rewatched using the music application Vibe.

- Talked about new year resolutions of the members.
- Danny asked "Which song would La Poem like to hear La View singing in a La Poem concert?" La Poem answered Dear My Dear and Sunshine. I would go with Sunshine. La View can do it even if it's a difficult song to sing. Singing Sunshine in a La Poem concert will be super exciting and awesome.

- It was Kihun's day.
- Live solo performance of the week.
- The "Ppong-Shung-Ppong" -- Kihun’s heart delivery gesture.
- He finally completed the song "Please Find Her" which was difficult to finish due to the giggles of other members two weeks ago.
- Chaehoon had a hard time singing in a whisper. Surprise! Surprise! Surprise!

November 1 (ep. 571) -- Lunch Attack in a new (temporary) studio.
- Lunch Attack is getting a makeover. Danny and Ho-young welcomed La Poem members in a new studio looking like a cafe.
- The hosts openly talked about the members having difficulties in selecting songs relevant to stories introduced during the show. Yes, I feel for their difficulties. But, the members never complained about it during the show. They have been doing fantastically.

October 27 (ep. 568) -- Every Monday will be La day from next week.
- La Poem and the two hosts played a bingo game. Ho-young won.
- Live performance -- Lacrimosa (sung for the TV series Vincenzo OST, see the post published on March 2). In retrospect, it was a sort of rehearsal preparing for the performance in Drama OST Concert, the 16th Seoul International Drama Awards. La Poem's performance begins at 6:56 in this concert.
October 20 (ep. 563)
- Minseong came back, showing a personal talent in imitating Hwanhee's singing.
- The members showed up in La Poem MD hoodies: Chaehoon, Minseong, and Kihun in black; Sunghoon in gray.
- Live solo performance -- Really Beautiful 참 예뻐요 (from the musical Clothes Wash 빨래) by Minseong.
October 13 (ep. 558)
- Minseong was absent due to his opera performance (see the Concerts and Tours page). It was weird to see La Poem without Minseong. Min-mung-yi was left alone 😢. He however, sent a text message during the show.
- Lunch Attack celebrated Chaehoon's upcoming birthday which is Oct. 16.
- Live performance -- Time to Say Goodbye (as bidding farewell to one of Lunch Attack staff members known as Bridge PD).

- Fun activities:
- Chosung Game. Sunghoon excelled in this game.
- Speed quiz. Kihun explained and the three members guessed. Kihun was allowed to say only one word "Meong-meong" (dog barking sound in Korea)
- La Poem's song Shining. Listening to Shing on a rainy day took us (both La Poem and La View) to those days when we were desperately longing for La Poem's win.

December 9 (ep. 338)
- Appearance after the mini-album <Scene#1> release.
- Live performance -- Gleamy Night, Shining, Crescent, and Dear My Dear. La Poem sang four songs live for the show. So divine!
- The two hosts insisted that there should be a sequel to Crescent. What an amazing foresight! A sequel to Crescent turned out to be Half-moon which was released in La Poem's 1st single <Trilogy I. Dolore>.
July 22 (ep. 238) -- The first appearance of La Poem
- Phantom Singer 3 producers Yoon, Sang and Kim, Mun-jeong sent words of blessing to La Poem.
- Live performance -- Nelle Tue Mani, Dear Name (originally sung by IU), and The Rose.
