Memories of the past one year
Last Saturday (July, 3) La Poem turned 1. In other words, it's been a year since La Poem was announced as a winner of the TV show Phantom Singer 3.
To celebrate this first anniversary, MOSS Music prepared for many events (my sincere thanks to MOSS M.). One big event was to hold a five-day photo exhibition in which La Poem's pictures were displayed in a gallery "Gallery MHK."

I went to the exhibition on the very first day, June 30th. The gallery is located in an old district of Seoul, next to Gyeongbok Palace. It's a good area to look around on foot, but the weather was pretty hot to poke around in the afternoon on that day.

I feel as if I've known La Poem for a long time. It feels that La Poem existed for years. It's probably because everything I've experienced with La Poem was new to me. La Poem introduced me a completely new world. In the past year, I feel like having walked with them every step of the way--the first radio and TV appearance, the first magazine interview, the first photo shoot, the first concert, the first V-Live, the first music video and album release, the first season's greetings and merchandise sales, the first invitation to an opening ceremony, the first OST recording, the first featuring, and the first concert of their own.
Wherever La Poem went, La View went.
La View's eyes are on where La Poem's eyes are on, just as the name La View implies.
La Poem also dropped by the exhibition a day before its opening and on July 3rd again to celebrate the first anniversary on V-Live. Seen on a digital screen, they looked in a jolly mood. Nobody ostensibly had a lump in the throat. But, I could feel that their sentiment was no different from ours when they were looking at and talking about each of the photos.
Later at late night, Chaehoon, an amateur photographer and blogger as well, posted pictures he photographed in the exhibition and brief explanations about them on his blog. He wrote in introduction, "The fact that one year has passed since La Poem won has not sunk in yet because we have run at full speed without a break,"
It's true that La Poem has run without a pause since the day of winning. On the one hand, I appreciate their hard work. I was happy because of it. On the other hand, I hope that they have some resting time and look back on what they've achieved for the past year. Given the summer schedule they have now, having a rest appears to be impossible for a while. After the concert tour is finished, hopefully they make time to munch, swallow, and digest their achievements and to take pride in themselves.
OH, My Gosh!! This is the first comment!! What an honor!! Anyways, I totally agree what you said. "Wherever La Poem goes, La View goes, too!!!"
